Once you’ve made this perfect body for yourself, take a look at your dress sense, and your grooming. Do you like the way you look at the minute? Would you rather be someone who wore sophisticated clothing all the time, or are you someone who thinks that jeans and a T-shirt are the way to go? Alternatively, you might want a different hairstyle, or you might want to grow a beard. Whatever it is that represents your perfect self to you, you have to grab hold of, and not let go.

But you see, the physical side is only half the problem. When you’ve got the perfect body, and excellent image, you then have to work on your mind. Intellectual pursuits are so varied and frequent in today’s society that it becomes easy to pick up a new hobby or a new skill. You could learn another language, or you could just read more books and try and expand your mind a little bit.

The easiest way to start improving yourself on an intellectual level is to think of one thing that you’ve always wanted to do. It might be learning how to speak Spanish, or it might be learning how to draw. Whatever it is you want to do, stop making excuses as to why you can’t get out there and give it a go. There are a lot of free resources out there that you can take advantage of, to learn a brand new skill and expand your mind.

A lot of people see their personality as being something they can change and control, which means that they often choose to focus on reacting to things in a different way, or re-assessing their outlook on a certain topic. Perhaps it’s less of intellectual pursuits and more that you want to change an aspect of yourself for the better.

To summarise, there’s a lot you can do. Making changes isn’t necessarily a difficult task, but it’s more of something that takes time and effort to do. That’s why people fall short. But you can rise above that, and make a change.
